Responsibilities

Develop hotel management and consultancy capabilities for the Group

Manage current portfolio of owned hotels

Analyse hospitality markets and conduct feasibility studies to expand the Group's hospitality portfolio

Monitoring and reporting of trends in the hotel business and staying informed on industry practices and new developments

Building partnerships and alliances with hotel owners and business partners

Requirements

Degree in Business/Hospitality related studies

Minimum 3 – 5 years of hospitality management experience

Motivated, forward thinking, adaptable and meticulous

High level of initiative and work well both independently and in a team environment

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well

Willing to travel at short notice
